EZH2-associated Polycomb group (PcG) PRC2 bodies can be seen in triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) cells, but it is unclear what players are within these PRC2 nuclear bodies. Unbiased spatial proteomics by Microscoop enables the discovery of proteins localized in these PRC2 bodies, shedding light on gene regulation control of TNBC.
