Description

Microscoop makes the invisible discoverable. In U2-OS cells exposed to arsenite, the system automatically recognized stress granules and performed precise in-situ photobiotinylation. Colocalization of G3BP1 (red) with biotin tags (green) demonstrates Microscoop’s high precision in labeling granule proteins so that the subsequent pulldown and mass spectrometry analysis were able to reveal the proteomic makeup of subcellular structures challenging to extract in high precision and specificity.
