Using microscopy-guided ROI selection and 25 nm photolabeling precision, Microscoop® targets α-tubulin to confine in-situ biotin tagging to microtubule structures with minimal off-target background. The merged image demonstrates precise colocalization of NA-488 labeling with α-tubulin along individual microtubule filaments with high specificity.
