Plectin, a cancer-associated cytoskeletal crosslinker, links actin, keratin, and microtubules to support cell migration and proliferation. In this xenograft cryo-section, Microscoop precisely recognized plectin-rich regions near the cell membrane and photobiotinylated their proximal environment, enabling proteomic profiling with spatial resolution at the tumor cell periphery.
